We want you to love your Solaríe. If something isn't quite right, we make it simple to exchange or return your piece.
Our Policy at a Glance

- ✅ Store credit available for all eligible returns
- ✅ Fast processing — we aim to resolve all requests within 3 business days
- ❌ Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at hello@solarie.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the reason for your exchange.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship your item back unworn, unwashed, with hygiene liner and tags intact.
- Once received and inspected, we'll send your new item or store credit.
Conditions for Acceptance
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Hygiene liner intact and undamaged
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your expense.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@solarie.com.au with your order number and photos. We'll make it right immediately — at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
