Return & Exchange Policy

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, with tags attached

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at admin@solarie.com.au with your order number.

  2. Provide details and proof of purchase.

  3. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a pre-paid return shipping label and packing instructions.

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🚫 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and offer:

❌ Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

The quickest way to get a replacement is to:

  1. Return the original item following our process above.

  2. Place a new order for your preferred item.

🌍 EU Customer Rights (14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period)

If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt:

  • Item must be in original condition, packaging, tags attached

  • Submit proof of purchase

  • Return request must be initiated within the 14-day window

💰 Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank, processing may take additional time.
