Order Processing

  • We process all orders within 2 business days after purchase.

  • Once processed, orders are dispatched via standard postal service.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Australia (domestic): up to 8 business days after dispatch.

  • Outside Australia (international): up to 15 business days after dispatch.

  • All delivery times refer to business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Origin

  • Orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia, using trusted local postal partners.

Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance, postal delays, or high-volume periods (e.g. holidays or promotions).

Lost or Damaged Shipments
